MIDETERM?REGENTS WEEK PROCEDURES: Due to Exam happening this week during our build sessions a student may not leave the room unless they are with an adult. We will have no access to the Cafeteria until the evening of Saturday the 29th.
Team Gear Orders: Starting this week Mrs. Drake will be taking shirt orders. If you are not planning on being at robotics this week please email Mrs. Drake ASAP! It is important that you take care of this to give the company enough time to fill the order.
2011 Game Pieces: When interacting with the game pieces we received from the KOP (kit of parts), please be careful not to pop or damage them! We need them for the Rally. And just a JFYI each piece is worth a little over $3 so if you break it... you'll be buying a replacement!
Game and Tool Tests will be available starting on Tuesday.

Chairman’s Essay in the Making We are currently seeking ideas for our Chairman’s Submission. If you have any ideas they can be posted here. If you are interested in helping write the essay please contact Leann. Chairman’s is a team effort and we would really like everyone to submit ideas.
Field Sub-Team Announcement When traveling downstairs to the café, please do not cut through the lower shop as the field sub-team will be working on projects and does not want them to get stepped on or damaged.
Parking in the Back Loading Dock Lot When parking in the back loading dock parking lot PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE GARAGE DOOR OR PARK IN THE FIRE LANES. We have a new parking lot just down the road that you drive by on your way in. Please turn around and go park there. |

Hexbugs Everyone who has sold Hexbugs must return the money to Matthieu to get fundraiser credit! Anyone who has taken Hexbugs and not returned the money for those bugs must give those Hexbugs back to Matthieu ASAP. |

Pizza and Candy Sales Pizza and Candy Sales are this Wednesday and Thursday after school. Students attending need to get out of their last period class 5 to 10 min. early and meet in the front lobby. If you have any questions or would like to sign-up please email Jake. |

Bottle and Can Drive Alex W. has organized a bottle and can fundraiser and is looking for help. Students can collect bottle and cans and bring them in for a fundraiser credit. 1 credit = 2 bags. Getting Started with Autodesk: Follow these steps to quickly download your Autodesk software today - 1. Complete the Education Community registration process at http://autodesk.com/firstregistration. Note that each member of your team will need to create an individual account. 2. Once logged in, proceed to the Download Center: http://students.autodesk.com/?nd=download_center 3. Select the version of Inventor you installed from the drop-down menu. 4. Click the “Get Serial” button to generate your serial number.
Important: Your serial number is good for one activation only. Please direct other members of your team to http://autodesk.com/firstregistration to sign up and receive their own unique serial numbers 5. 3D Animation Toolkit: We launched the 3D Animation Toolkit on the Autodesk Student Community this week, and it includes loads of training and supporting materials to help your teams develop their 30-second animation for the FIRST Robotics Competition 2011 Award for Excellence in Design.
