1/10/08

Members Present: Crystal, Sean, Karen, Theo
Mentors Present: Annie

Tasks Complete: Began gluing overpass together, but stopped due to health risks associated with fumes from the primer and cement.

Solution: My dad found a non-toxic "Gorilla PVC Glue" online last night and he is going to pick some up today so that we don't have to worry about the fumes.

Therefore; Tasks For Saturday: Glue overpass, start assembling center wall/supports.

Ok so heres what we still need to do this weekend:

-Assemble Overpass in Gym with proper braces and secure to field rails
-Assemble filed rails and attach with 2x4s (2 per joint)
-Cut plywood to line bottom of divider wall and field rails near overpass
-Assemble end walls and make 45 degree corner cuts into field, line with camo playwood
-Finish Crate: attach extra shelves to bottom, door closing 2x4s, other? test for strength, WEIGH!
-Cart Work: if time

Criteria for cart: Lightweight, fits in crate, fits through doorway, easy to manuver  \

LETS DO THIS!!!!! :)
