Update, Sorry it took so long. This is the activity form you need to turn in before an activity happens. I havent been on top of it lately so I will let the upcoming events slide a little. But, make sure these are turned in if you want credit!

Also attatched, courtesy of Mrs. Burns is an Attendance Sheet you are required to fill out at each activity. Hand the activity sheets into Kim, Shelley, or myself.

Okie dokie~ I picked up a form from Mr. Brewer today, but totally don't understand it! XP I'll ask Mommy O'Hern during the Flare meet today. I still have to call the spot to see if we can even reseve it. >_< Boy do I hate phones. ;_;
