HEXBug Sales

We are running Hexbug Sales . There are two ways you can work on this fundraiser, the first, you get one box for display, and take preorders for as many hexbugs as you can sell, or the second, you can ask for a specific number of boxes to sell 1-10.

We have Hexbug Fliers and Hexbug Order Forms for use with this sale. (Note the Hexbug fliers are set up for Harris, you may modify them for your own use!)

 

Patron Drive

The patron drive is our team's biggest fundraiser, and brings in anywhere from $8,000 to $18,000 every year. You can see a list of our past patrons here. All of the documentation that we use to create our student packets is posted here. The students have a set of directions and hints in their packets, as well as a patron letter, a sponsorship form, and a Team 1511 pamphlet that they leave with each patron we visit.

Bottle and Can Drive

Bring your recyclables to the EZ Return in Fairport and let them know it's for robotics. This includes water bottles as this was just approved by NY state!

Fundraising Ideas
