Since 2005, Rolling Thunder has hosted our very own “Week 0” event we call Rally. Rally is a unofficial competition where teams come to Penfield High School and get to try out their robot designs before they head off to the real FIRST® competitions. Each year we host 12 to 20 teams at our school on a field constructed by our mentors and team parents. We work hard, we laugh, we test, and we have fun every year getting a sneak peek at what all the teams in our area have put together over the course of build season.
