This week mainly consisted of prototyping the ideas that we were assigned and coming up with new ideas. In some groups, the ideas were great from the start but in others, we soon realized that the ideas were not realistic or possible. Through out the week, we revised our ideas and all had our presentations ready by Thursday night. We presented our prototypes to the rest of the team, who gave us feedback. On Friday, some kids from the team were in the school talent show and they rocked the house. Although it wasn’t perfect, it was pretty close! Four of the robots were in the show and they did some great tricks that that the crowd really liked. Today, we were put into subteams and started working on our designated parts. That about sums up week 1!
