Build Season Update / Start of Mid-term Week

With week one and two in the rearview mirror, we look forward to a week of build season and midterm exams. The team has finalized this year’s robot design! Instead of climbing the Rung during End Game, we have decided to attach ramps to each side of the robot for our alliance partners to drive up on. We have also decided to make an arm to grab and place Power Cubes on the Switch and in the Exchange.

Our Chairman’s team as always is working hard on making an essay that will outdo last year’s essay as they always do. They are constantly working hard to represent our team to the best of their abilities.

We have decided our mentor candidate for the Woodie Flowers award, an award created for mentors who go above and beyond for their team. We have also selected our candidates for the Dean’s list award, an award meant for juniors who demonstrate outstanding leadership and other talents which deserve praise. We can’t wait to announce our candidates at the Finger Lakes regional from March 15th to 17th at RIT.
